We use an automated system that is installed around the exterior of the areas that you want to enjoy "bug-free". The system consists of a 55-gallon tank which acts as a reservoir, on top of which we mount a pump, motor and a control box which houses the timer and duration control. We then connect a series of nozzles using thin nylon tubing, this will create a barrier that will trap and eliminate insects within its perimeter. Every home and its landscaping are different, we will custom design the system and place nozzles that target insect breeding and harborage sites.

Once the installation is complete, we fill the reservoir with your choice of mild insecticide and set the automatic timer. We typically mist for 30-45 seconds, 2-3 times per night, depending on insect populations and time of year. The system is also equipped with a remote control to activate the system as needed for daytime use or if needed before planned gatherings, parties or outdoor activities.

With our system, we guarantee an 80-90% reduction of most annoying outdoor insects including flies, fleas, ticks, and gnats. After your system is installed you will wonder why you ever lived without one. After all, enjoying your backyard shouldn't be a luxury!

   Available on the Smart Platinum System
   The MCS App will allow users to use their phone as a remote to activate their system, but it does much more, the app will allow users to monitor the fluid level of their system, receive email alerts if any alarms are triggered, view last spray time, switch between auto/on/off modes, skip next spray, adjust spray duration, add remove, modify auto spray times. The new mobile app is available for both Apple phones and Android devices.

   The only system on the market to use a flow meter to monitor fluid use, this meter measures the exact amount of fluid leaving your tank, and will turn the system off in the event of a cut line, when the system is empty, or if the flow varies by 75% high or low. Our custom-blended nylon tubing colors are guaranteed to match the structure we are attaching to; nobody wants ugly tubing stapled to their beautiful home. We offer 5 different colors to make sure our installations are almost invisible, nobody else offers this attention to detail.

Premium All-Metal, Push-to-Connect Fittings

We use only the best available Premium Fittings. All-Metal Construction, Nickel-Plated Brass push-to-connect fittings for years of trouble-free use.

Copper Risers

We use copper risers which are hidden in the landscaping, unlike our competitors who use plastic pipes which warp under the hot sun. We use decorative 1/4" rigid copper which patina over time and blend into the surrounding landscaping.

#1 Premier Plan (Our Most Popular Plan)

Premier Plan Features:

• Unlimited Refills, so use your remote as often you like, up to one full refill per month.
• Priority Service, usually within 24 hours.
• Free Power Sprays Treatments, used before parties or special events, for coverage in areas where you may not have nozzles, or as a substitute to other costly general pest control services around your home or outlying areas. This service is provided during your regular scheduled service visits, please call ahead to schedule.
• Exclusive Lifetime Warranty, on your system and the major components, which include the pump, motor, control box including replacement nozzle tips.

Cost: The Premier Plan is priced at $159 per month. This is a monthly charge for 9 months only, March-November. Additional repairs to the system due to damage caused by homeowners, pets, landscapers, acts of nature, etc. will be billed at current labor and part rates. There is an additional $25 charge for Riptide or Zerobite (Organic Refill Products).

Terms: Enrollment in AutoPay is required and a 30-Day written Notice is required to Cancel Service.

#2 MCS Premier Plus Upgrade

Premier Plus Upgrade:

• The Best Way, to deal with overwhelming Mosquitoes.
• Double the amount of Product (Insecticide) in your tank.
• A Monthly Power Spray and application of repelling granules.

Cost: Upgrade to the Premier Plus, for $269 per month.

Terms: There is an extra $25 charge for organic products. All other terms are the same as the Premier Plan.

#3 MCS Standard Service Plan

Standard Service Plan Features:

• Systems Auto Serviced, from March – November each year we typically do 3-5 refills per year depending on system size.
• Service, usually within 48 hours of the request.
• Exclusive Lifetime Warranty, on your system and major components, which include pump, motor, control box including replacement nozzle tips.

Cost: The cost for this plan is $150 per refill with a $100 System Service Charge, for a total of $250 per visit. Additional repairs to the system due to damage caused by homeowners, pets, landscapers, acts of nature, etc. will be billed at current labor and part rates. There is an additional $25 charge for Riptide or Zerobite (Organic Refill Products).

Terms: Enrollment in AutoPay is required and a 30-day written notice is required to cancel service.

#4 Call-In Service

Call-in service Plan Features:

• Systems Serviced Only Upon Request.
• Service- Usually within 72 hours of Request.
• Warranty, New Installations are covered by a 1-year warranty on system major components, which includes the pump, motor, and control box. There is a 60-day warranty on nozzles..

Cost: The cost for this plan is $250 per refill, plus parts. Any additional repairs to the system due to damage caused by homeowners, pets, landscapers, acts of nature, etc. will be billed at current labor and part rates. There is an additional $50 charge for Riptide or Zerobite (Organic Refill Products).

Terms: Prepayment is required via credit card at the time of service request.
